MFC r261801:
An ABI incompatibility crept into the libc++ 3.4 import in r261283. It
was caused by upstream libc++ commit r194536, which aimed to make the
headers more standards-compliant, by making std::pair's copy constructor
trivial. Unfortunately, this could cause certain C++ applications using
shared libraries built against the previous version of libc++ to crash.
Fix the ABI incompatibility by making std::pair's copy constructor
non-trivial again.
Please note: Any C++ applications or shared libraries built with libc++
between r261283 and this revision should be recompiled.

Rename definition of IEEE80211_FC1_WEP to IEEE80211_FC1_PROTECTED.
The origin of WEP comes from IEEE Std 802.11-1997 where it defines
whether the frame body of MAC frame has been encrypted using WEP
algorithm or not.
IEEE Std. 802.11-2007 changes WEP to Protected Frame, indicates
whether the frame is protected by a cryptographic encapsulation
algorithm.

tests, which were a little broken and not automatable, with
unix_seqpacket_test. It's coverage is a superset of the old
tests and it uses ATF. It includes test cases for bugs

use TESTS_SUBDIRS for kern instead of SUBDIRS. I don't
think it makes a difference in this case, but
TESTS_SUBDIRS is generally correct for subdirectories

Add a command line argument to turn off blocking waiting for the user
to press Ctrl-C (-b). This allows tests with tight loops of mcgrabs
that can stress the multicast tables.
Fix this build for clang.

To avoid having to explicitly test COMPILER_TYPE for setting
clang-specific or gcc-specific flags, introduce the following new
variables for use in Makefiles:

version of the script to be tested more easily.
- Add a pre-world mode of updating similar to the -p option that can be
passed to mergemaster.
- Fix a couple of issues with -F:
- Fix ALWAYS_INSTALL to take precedence over the FreeBSD ID checks.
- Fix the -F option in the case that the only upstream change is a
change in the FreeBSD ID and the local file is removed.
- Refresh /etc/localtime after each update using tzsetup -r.
- Regenerate /var/db/services.db when /etc/services changes.

Add atse(4), a driver for the Altera Triple Speed Ethernet MegaCore.
The current driver support gigabit Ethernet speeds only and works with
the MegaCore only in the internal FIFO configuration in the soon to be

generates a configuration suitable for running unbound as a caching
forwarding resolver, and configures resolvconf(8) to update unbound's
list of forwarders in addition to /etc/resolv.conf. The initial list
is taken from the existing resolv.conf, which is rewritten to point to
localhost. Alternatively, a list of forwarders can be provided on the
command line.
To assist this script, add an rc.subr command called "enabled" which
does nothing except return 0 if the service is enabled and 1 if it is
not, without going through the usual checks. We should consider doing
the same for "status", which is currently pointless.
Add an rc script for unbound, called local_unbound. If there is no
configuration file, the rc script runs local-unbound-setup to generate
one.
Note that these scripts place the unbound configuration files in
/var/unbound rather than /etc/unbound. This is necessary so that
unbound can reload its configuration while chrooted. We should
probably provide symlinks in /etc.

This connects LLDB to the build, but it is disabled by default. Add
WITH_LLDB= to src.conf to build it.
Note that LLDB requires a C++11 compiler so is disabled on platforms
using GCC.

The c++filt binary is only installed if ${MK_GCC} == yes && ${MK_CXX} ==
yes. This means that it should be removed if ${MK_GCC} == no ||
${MK_CXX} == no. In its current form, it actually uses a conjunction
instead of a disjunction.
As there is already a separate block for ${MK_CXX} == no listing
c++filt, simply remove the conditional entirely.
