9ace34cb3e - Remove bus-dependent addresses from `ic' file. 
- Special registers of IO-DATA device's RSA series are defined in
  ic/rsa.h (new file).

808a36ef65 Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$ 
This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore.  This update would have been
insane otherwise.

eb29d43f47 Another round of merge/update. 
(1) Add PC98 support to apm_bios.h and ns16550.h, remove pc98/pc98/ic
(2) Move PC98 specific code out of cpufunc.h (to pc98.h)
(3) Let the boot subtrees look more alike

3e9257e324 Removed all patch kit headers, sccsid and rcsid strings, put $Id$ in, some 
minor cleanup.  Added $Id$ to files that did not have any version info, etc
