6a683d47fc Add more locale-specific functions to the relevant man pages and Makefile:
- lib/libc/locale/islower.3
  - lib/libc/locale/ispunct.3
  - lib/libc/locale/nl_langinfo.3
  - lib/libc/locale/isgraph.3
  - lib/libc/locale/isspace.3

0ef023ae5b mdoc: fix column names, indentation, column separation within each row, and
quotation. Also make sure we have the same amount of columns in each row as
the number of columns we specify in the head arguments.

016c317723 Remove confusing "single C char locales" phrase; arguments to these

a8cee78a82 Re-word compatibility section, taking care to use the word "obsolete" to
describe the 4.4BSD extension of accepting characters (runes) outside of
the range of unsigned char.

24ab237a89 Re-word the COMPATIBILITY section, taking care to use the word "deprecated"
to describe the 4.4BSD extension of accepting arguments outside the range
of unsigned char. This gives us freedom to remove this extension when we
remove the <rune.h> interface in FreeBSD 6.

b5f0d0d8f2 Add a note to the Compatiblity section suggesting that these functions
only be used for byte values. Add cross-references to the wide-char
counterparts.

68cad6a3ea Describe valid argument domain for 8-bit wide locales to prevent common error
calling ctype functions with signed char as an argument.

f7a8bc4c04 Add $Id$, to make it simpler for members of the translation teams to
track.

The $Id$ line is normally at the bottom of the main comment block in the
man page, separated from the rest of the manpage by an empty comment,
like so;

     .\"    $Id$
     .\"

If the immediately preceding comment is a @(#) format ID marker than the
the $Id$ will line up underneath it with no intervening blank lines.
Otherwise, an additional blank line is inserted.
