0d2b999d27 The sixth argument to the NET_RT_IFLIST sysctl is actually 0 for 
all interfaces, and ifnet.if_index value for a single interface.

4345758876 mdoc(7) police: 
Avoid using parenthesis enclosure macros (.Pq and .Po/.Pc) with plain text.
Not only this slows down the mdoc(7) processing significantly, but it also
has an undesired (in this case) effect of disabling hyphenation within the
entire enclosed block.

4001ccb3a6 Remove the reference to KERN_UPDATEINTERVAL and syncer(4), since 
KERN_UPDATEINTERVAL can't be used to control sched_sync().  In
fact, there's no easy way to control the syncer with sysctls.

b879977360 Separate some common sysctl code into sysctl_find_oid() and calling 
thereof.  Also, make the errno returns  _correct_, and add a new one
which is more appropriate.

f7a8bc4c04 Add $Id$, to make it simpler for members of the translation teams to 
track.

The $Id$ line is normally at the bottom of the main comment block in the
man page, separated from the rest of the manpage by an empty comment,
like so;

     .\"    $Id$
     .\"

If the immediately preceding comment is a @(#) format ID marker than the
the $Id$ will line up underneath it with no intervening blank lines.
Otherwise, an additional blank line is inserted.

76b479177d Make the implementation and documentation agree. Specifically: 
- document that sysctl() and sysctlbyname() return 0 on success

 - if the provided buffer is too small, set errno to ENOMEM and return -1
   instead of returning ENOMEM.

ed7cc86037 Turn off replies to ICMP echo requests for broadcast and multicast 
addresses by default.

Add a knob "icmp_bmcastecho" to "rc.network" to allow this
behaviour to be controlled from "rc.conf".

Document the controlling sysctl variable "net.inet.icmp.bmcastecho"
in sysctl(3).
