87f84373e2 Refactor certain ARM bus space methods: instead of having multiple copies of 
the same code introduce sys/arm/arm/bus_space_generic.c for a shared set of
routines.

295dcdd687 Import FreeBSD/arm kernel bits. 
It only supports sa1110 (on simics) right now, but xscale support should come
soon.
