Konstantin Belousov 95882b9865 Remove unused i586 optimized bcopy/bzero/etc implementations that utilize 
FPU registers for copying. Remove the switch table and jumps from
bcopy/bzero/... to the actual implementation.
As a side-effect, i486-optimized bzero is removed.
