c0278f6e52 net/bnxt: fix tunnel stateless offloads
The HW only supports tunnel header parsing globally for supported tunnel
types. When a function uses one default VNIC to receive both the tunnel
and non-tunnel packets, applying the same stateless offload operation to
both tunnel and non-tunnel packets can cause problems in certain scenarios.
To workaround these problems, the firmware advertises no tunnel header
parsing capabilities to the driver using the HWRM_FUNC_QCAPS.
The driver must check this flag setting and accordingly not advertise
tunnel packet stateless offload capabilities to the stack.

If the device supports VXLAN, GRE, IPIP and GENEVE tunnel parsing,
then reports RX_OFFLOAD_OUTER_IPV4_CKSUM, RX_OFFLOAD_OUTER_UDP_CKSUM
and TX_OFFLOAD_OUTER_IPV4_CKSUM in the Rx/Tx offload capabilities of
the device.
Also, advertise tunnel TSO capabilities based on FW support.

0a90c56eac net/bnxt: fix Rx configuration
We are currently not handling RX/RSS modes correctly.
After launching testpmd with multiple RXQs, if the user tries to set
the number of RXQs to 1, driver is not updating the "hash_type"
and "hash_mode" values of the VNICs. As a result, driver issues
bnxt_vnic_rss_configure() unnecessarily and the FW command fails.

Fixed bnxt_mq_rx_configure() to update VNIC RSS fields unconditionally.

c23190303e net/bnxt: fix queues per VNIC
Update queues per VNIC in single queue mode.
bp->rx_num_qs_per_vnic is not initialized in the single queue mode.
As a result of this when an interface is reconfigured to single

c72fe7ac3b net/bnxt: fix max rings computation
The current max_rings computation does not take into account the case
when max_nq_rings is <= num_async_cpr. This results in a wrong value
like 0, when max_nq_rings is 1. Fix this by subtracting num_async_cpr
only when max_cp_rings > num_async_cpr.

Apart from this, the entire logic is currently spread across a few
macros, making it hard to read and debug this code. Move this code
into an inline function.

max_msix is not used in the max_rings calculation.
Apparently the max_msix field returned in HWRM_RESC_QCAPS is only valid
for Thor and newer chips. On Wh+ it will be equal to min_compl_rings.
Also, when a function reset is performed on an application quit, FW
will not reset the VF resource pool as per design.
This can lead to a strange condition wherein the max_msix field
on Wh+ keeps changing on each application re-load thereby throwing
throwing off the max_rings computation.

938a87db43 net/bnxt: fix redundant MAC address check
filter->mac_index is used to check, if a same mac is
already programmed. Hence, filter->dflt member is not
needed which is also used for mac addr redundancy check.

This patch fixes it by moving mac_index based redundant
check from bnxt_mac_addr_add_op to bnxt_add_mac_filter

8937597cfe net/bnxt: fix crash after removing and adding slaves
On removing the slave interface, slave_remove in bonding module calls
_rte_eth_dev_reset which in turn frees both Tx and Rx queues.
1. segfault is seen after removing/adding the slave interface and starting
bond interface.
In this below path, when mtu is set for the slave interface, queues are
not created yet and driver reference to queue[0] causes the segfault.
slave_configure:
	rte_eth_dev_set_mtu
	rte_eth_dev_configure
	rte_eth_rx_queue_setup

2. segfault is seen on starting the port after removing from bond device.
This is a testpmd bug where in, on starting the port, testpmd is supposed
to recreate the queues before starting the port.

Fixed these by adding check for queues created before accessing them.

84d49664b5 net/bnxt: support CoS classification
Class of Service (CoS) is a way to manage multiple types of
traffic over a network to offer different types of services
to applications. CoS classification (priority to cosqueue) is
determined by the user and configured through the PF driver.
DPDK driver queries this configuration and maps the cos queue
ids to different VNICs. This patch adds this support.

Driver should not change "deferred_start" state of the rx queues.

Refactor init and uninit functions so that the driver can fail

in this state. The eth_dev dev_started field is updated depending
