memory allocated by this macro could not been released.

ENA_MEM_ALLOC_NODE not need to use contiguous physical memory.
Also using memset without checking if allocation succeed can cause
segmentation fault.
To avoid both issue use rte_zmalloc_socket.

ena_com is the HAL provided by the vendor and it shouldn't be modified
by the driver developers.
The PMD and platform file was adjusted for the new version of the
ena_com:
* Do not use deprecated meta descriptor fields
* Add empty AENQ handler structure with unimplemented handlers
* Add memzone allocations count to ena_ethdev.c file - it was
removed from ena_com.c file
* Add new macros used in new ena_com files
* Use error code ENA_COM_UNSUPPORTED instead of ENA_COM_PERMISSION

Remove RTE_LOG_LEVEL config option, use existing RTE_LOG_DP_LEVEL config
option for controlling datapath log level.
RTE_LOG_LEVEL is no longer needed as dynamic logging can be used to
control global and module specific log levels.

The hardware may reject adding host_info in case support for
host_info is missing in the list of supported features. On the
other hand the list of supported features may contain support
for the host_info - typical bootstrap problem.
This patch solves it by removing check against support for
host_info attribute and improves error handling by reacting
only to host attribute write failure to the hardware.

rte_free which is for malloc calls.
After allocating memzone it's required to zeroize memory in it, so do so
before storing the handle for later freeing.

The macro RTE_VERIFY always checks a condition.
It is optimized with "unlikely" hint.
While this macro is well suited for test applications, it is preferred
in libraries and examples to enable such check in debug mode.
That's why the macro RTE_ASSERT is introduced to call RTE_VERIFY only
if built with debug logs enabled.
A lot of assert macros were duplicated and enabled with a specific flag.
Removing these #ifdef allows to test these code branches more easily
and avoid dead code pitfalls.
The ENA_ASSERT is kept (in debug mode only) because it has more
parameters to log.
