examples/l3fwd: support config file for LPM/FIB
Add support to define ipv4 and ipv6 forwarding tables from reading from a config file for LPM and FIB, with format similar to l3fwd-acl one. Users can now use the default hardcoded route tables or optionally config files. Default config files have been provided for use with LPM and FIB.
