Rahul Lakkireddy 5eb55bf8a4 net/cxgbe: grab available ports after firmware reset 
Move code to get the available ports from the firmware after it had
been reset.  This ensures that driver uses the latest info on available
ports after firmware reset.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.

The DPDK uses the Open Source BSD license for the core libraries and
drivers. The kernel components are GPLv2 licensed.

API documentation, and sample application information.
