Ajit Khaparde 79fc1c531e net/bnxt: fix crash by validating pointer 
Validate the pointers in rxq before accessing them.
Otherwise it can cause a segfault.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.
