Arek Kusztal 87516a8f91 crypto/qat: fix AAD capabilities for AES-GCM

Fix aad capabilities for AES-GCM authtentication, aad is changed
from range 8-12 to 0-240

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
