The net PMD overview table is big and required to be shrunk. The crypto PMD tables had variable column sizes: the latest columns were smaller. The minimum width is set to 0.9em without any forced padding. The maximum width is set to 2em. The width of the first column set by sphinx is overridden to 0 for full elasticity.
