Template adds non-VFR based support for testpmd with:
matches to include
- DMAC, SIP, DIP, Proto, Sport, Dport
- SIP, DIP, Proto, Sport, Dport
actions:
- count, drop

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
