Thomas Monjalon b689a78173 net/mlx: replace hardcoded value with macro

Replace checking against 65535 limit,
with a simpler form using RTE_MIN and UINT16_MAX macros.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.
