Yi Li c4c1b97670 doc: fix maximum packet size of virtio driver 
According to VIRTIO_MAX_RX_PKTLEN macro definition, for virtio driver
currently supported pkt size is 9728.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.
