Reshma Pattan d2a3ee6138 net/ixgbe: remove vectorization weak symbols 
Remove weak symbols from ixgbe_rxtx.c file as
it is done in i40e driver in commit "02ad704708"
(net/i40e: eliminate weak symbols in data path)

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
