Tao Zhu dc36bd5dfd net/ice: fix flow FDIR/switch memory leak 
1. Fix ice FDIR and hash flow memory leak.
2. Fix the ice definition of LIST_FOR_EACH_ENTRY_SAFE not
   save tmp which cause list deletion incompletely.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.
