Alex Vesker dfceca7e7e common/mlx5: add glue functions for hardware steering ... Add missing glue support for the HWS mlx5dr layer. The new glue functions are needed for mlx5dv to create matcher and action, which are used as the kernel root table as well as for capabilities query like device name and port info.
