596f92f583 fio_plugin: add mem_size to fio config file
While doing performance testing for the SPDK NVMe driver using fio with
our fio_plugin, I saw the error (transport->ctrlr_create_io_qpair() failed)
when running 18 jobs on my system. The error was happening when trying
to allocate memory for the trackers at line 890 in the lib/nvme/nvme_pcie.c.
Root cause was the fio_plugin.c initializes the environment with only
512 MB of hugepage RAM. I changed opts.mem_size to 1024 and rebuild
the plugin the issue was resolved.
This patch enables setting the mem_size in the fio config file using
parameter named mem_size_mb. E.g. mem_size_mb=1024

c588baab29 reactor: add pid to names for rings and mempools
This is required for using the event framework
in multi-process mode since they must be unique
across the group of processes..

Currently the stub app calls into the env layer
directly, bypassing the event framework, so this
issue would only be seen with multiple secondary
processes using the app framework. Some future
changes will change the stub app to use the event
framework which necessitates this change immediately.

50ff9de715 test/nvme/aer: clean up and simplify AER test
The NVMe AER test tries to submit a large number of Get Features
commands during the test cycle to ensure that admin queue wraparound
works and other commands can be issued while still handling AERs
correctly. However, it tried to do this by submitting all of the Get
Features commands up front, which runs out of admin queue nvme_request
objects.

Change the test to submit one Get Features command per device and
resubmit it as it completes until the test is over. This exercises
the queue wraparound case without submitting a large number of requests
at once, and it also simplifies the test code.

2d34864a61 nvmf: stub out Abort command support
Add handling of the Abort command in virtual subsystems. This doesn't
actually abort any requests - the spdk_nvmf_request_abort()
implementation just fails all abort requests - but at least this gives
us a place to hook up actual abort handling later.

ee368e7b81 Autotest: Enable ASAN if there is asan lib
It seems that asan does not work well with:
(1) Valgrind. If asan is enabled, we do not use valgrind.
(2) Spdk fio plugin. If asan is enabled, we cannot work
with it even with the suggestion by using LD_preloads.
(3) Hotplug. If asan is enabled, it catches the SEGV earlier
than our defined handler
