Memory for socket structure is allocated in the selected net
framework but freed in the libsocket on the higher level.
This patch moves memory free to the net framework implementation.

When testing test/nvmf/lvol/nvmf_lvol.sh in test pool, Linux
reported error with "Failed to write to /dev/nvme-fabrics:
Cannot allocate memory" sometimes when connecting to target.
While here, reduce the test cycle count to avoid such error.

Terminating master connection will terminate other connections so can't
use test/vhost/common/vm_ssh.sh to connect from two terminals. This
patch terminate master connection only if guest OS is not booted.

In the case that NVMe SSD itself has limited number of
hardware I/O QPairs, the corresponding abstraction of
I/O channel where upper module used to send I/Os down
will be NULL.
Add a check here for the NVMe-oF module and return the
error if the related I/O channel is NULL.

If the controller has a serious error and set the Controller
Fatal Status field to 1, host driver does not know this error,
while here, when timeout happens, try to detect the CFS and
reset the controller to recover from such fatal status.

When raid bdev goes to offline, manual removal of raid bdev may be
required. This patch tries to highlight paths to transit to offline
when configuring raid bdev failed.

Claim the block device when adding it to a new Namespace,
and prevent the block device to be added twice for other
modules and Namespaces. Also remove the test that using

Readelf psargs field holds file path up to 80 chars.
Above 80 chars path is truncated and --wide option does not
enable displaying longer path.
Added checking if the path was not truncated by testing if
file path from psargs exists. If it does not - check rest of
eu-readelf output for a matching path and use it instead.

Delete_bdev is depracated in favor of specialized delete_* calls.
Removing it's use from "/bdevs" node so that it's no longer

Transport addresses can now additional contain an "ns"
key whose value is a specific nsid to connect to. If
unspecified, all namespaces will be used, which is
the previous behavior.

IBV_EVENT_SQ_DRAINED can occur during both error recovery and
normal operation. We don't want to spend time sending a message
to the correct qpair thread and then attempting to abort
all I/O in the case where this wasn't triggered by an error.
The case where this occurs during an error is very rare and
only in response to a user forcing the state to err from the
sqd state. For now, don't handle that case at all. Handle that
corner case in a later patch.

Currently, the bdev layer iterates over all of the
existing channels of a bdev to collect I/O
statistics. But this ignores statistics for
channels that are deleted.
Fix that by keeping an io_stat structure in the
bdev which accumulates statistics for deleted
channels. Use the bdev mutex to protect these
accumulations.
