Pyun YongHyeon c21880a7df Make snd_maestro3(4) mpsafe 
- Let m3_pchan_trigger()/m3_rchan_trigger() acquire lock and call
   m3_pchan_trigger_locked()/m3_rchan_trigger_locked() respectivly.
 - Mark interrupt handler INTR_MPSAFE.
 - Add locks in sound/channel interface.
