Sarosh Arif 0f9ac2afa6 common/octeontx2: fix memory mapping API usage

Replace mmap() and munmap() APIs with EAL abstraction for the same.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.
