Kishore Padmanabha 494f03ff01 net/bnxt: remove cache table ID from mapper class table

The cache table id is not needed anymore since the value can
be calculated from resource sub type and direction.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.
