Add another undefined instruction handler for compat32 and watch out for
SWP/SWPB instructions.
SWP/SWPB were deprecated in ARMv6 and declared obsolete in ARMv7, but
this implementation is motivated by some proprietary software that still
uses SWP/SWPB. Because it's deprecated, emulation is pushed back behind
a sysctl that defaults to OFF in GENERIC so that it doesn't potentially
adversely affect package builds; it's unknown whether software may test
for a functional swp/swpb instruction with the desire of using it later,
so we err on the side of caution to ensure we don't end up with swp/swpb
use in freebsd/arm packages (which are built on aarch64).
The EMUL_SWP config option may be used to enable emulation by default in
environments where emulation is desired and won't really be turned off.

xen_intr_handle_upcall() has two interfaces. It needs to be called by
the x86 assembly code invoked by the APIC. Second, it needs to be called
as a driver_filter_t for the XenPCI code and for architectures besides
x86.
Unfortunately the driver_filter_t interface was implemented as a wrapper
around the x86-APIC interface. Now create a simple wrapper for the
x86-APIC code, which calls an architecture-independent
xen_intr_handle_upcall().
When called via intr_event_handle(), driver_filter_t functions expect
preemption to be disabled. This removes the need for
critical_enter()/critical_exit() when called this way.
The lapic_eoi() call is only needed on x86 in some cases when invoked
directly as an APIC vector handler.
Additionally driver_filter_t functions have no need to handle interrupt
counters. The intrcnt_add() calling function was reworked to match the
current situation. intrcnt_add() is now only called via one path.
The increment/decrement of curthread->td_intr_nesting_level had
previously been left out. Appears this was mostly harmless, but this
was noticed during implementation and has been added.
CONFIG_X86 is a leftover from use with Linux. While the barrier isn't
needed for FreeBSD on x86, it will be needed for FreeBSD on other
architectures.

sys/x86/xen/xen_arch_intr.c was originally created by Julien Grall in

interrupt interface better later. As such the filename and header list

So stack switching as always been a bit of a issue. We currently use a break before make setup which means that
if something goes wrong you have to try to get back to a stack. This patch among a lot of other things changes that so
that it is a make before break. We also expand some of the function blocks in prep for new features in rack that will allow
more controlled pacing. We also add other abilities such as the pathway for a stack to query a previous stack to acquire from
it critical state information so things in flight don't get dropped or mis-handled when switching stacks. We also add the
concept of a timer granularity. This allows an alternate stack to change from the old ticks granularity to microseconds and
of course this even gives us a pathway to go to nanosecond timekeeping if we need to (something for the data center to consider
for sure).
Once all this lands I will then update rack to begin using all these new features.

OpenZFS commit: 431083f75b
This change does the following:
Base Netlink KPIs (ability to register the family, parse and/or
write a Netlink message) are always present in the kernel. Specifically,
* Implementation of genetlink family/group registration/removal,
some base accessors (netlink_generic_kpi.c, 260 LoC) are compiled in
unconditionally.
* Basic TLV parser functions (netlink_message_parser.c, 507 LoC) are
compiled in unconditionally.
* Glue functions (netlink<>rtsock), malloc/core sysctl definitions
(netlink_glue.c, 259 LoC) are compiled in unconditionally.
* The rest of the KPI _functions_ are defined in the netlink_glue.c,
but their implementation calls a pointer to either the stub function
or the actual function, depending on whether the module is loaded or not.
This approach allows to have only 1k LoC out of ~3.7k LoC (current
sys/netlink implementation) in the kernel, which will not grow further.
It also allows for the generic netlink kernel customers to load
successfully without requiring Netlink module and operate correctly
once Netlink module is loaded.

The shadow map implementation is roughly similar to what was done on
amd64, with some exceptions. Attempting to use available space at
preinit_map_va + PMAP_PREINIT_MAPPING_SIZE (up to the end of that range,
as depicted in the physmap) results in odd failures, so we instead
search the physmap for free regions that we can carve out, fragmenting
the shadow map as necessary to try and fit as much as we need for the
initial kernel map. pmap_bootstrap_san() is thus after
pmap_bootstrap(), which still included some technically reserved areas
of the memory map that needed to be included in the DMAP.
